Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you happen to receive a product from Glowstash that is damaged, leaked during delivery, or does not match your order, we are here to assist you. We kindly request our valued customers to record a brief video while opening the package as evidence of the damage.

Timeframe for Returns: We want to ensure that you have ample time to assess your purchase. You have a generous window of 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

Free Returns: Our commitment to making your shopping experience pleasant means that you won't incur any costs associated with returning packages or the hassle of arranging couriers. We will take care of the return pick-up ourselves and cover the associated expenses.

Easy Return Process: To simplify the return process as much as possible, we have created a user-friendly return form on our website homepage. You can access the form through this link (link). Please complete the form with the necessary details to initiate the return process. Our dedicated team will review your request, and upon approval of the refund, you will receive an email notification. A designated rider will then pick up the product from your address within the next 2-3 days.

Refund Options: We understand that our customers have different preferences, which is why we offer two refund options for eligible returns:

a) Cash Refund: If you prefer a cash refund, we will promptly transfer the full amount you paid within 15 days of receiving the product back. Please ensure that the returned item is in its original condition and packaging.

b) Store Credit: If you opt for store credit, we will issue you a credit equivalent to 110% of the amount you paid within 5 days of receiving the product back. Yes, you read that right! It's an additional 10% value. This store credit can be utilized for future purchases on our website. The Store Credit will be issued in the form of Gift Cards. The customers can use those gift cards while placing their order on our website at checkout page. The gift card balance has an expiration date of 6 months. 

Exclusions: Please note that our return and refund policy does not apply to sample/trial-sized items and free gifts received with orders. It is applicable only to full-sized products.
